Launched in 2018, Defenders Gateway was created to become the most comprehensive free resource hub available exclusively for Defenders and their family members. With a goal of creating a community that would provide a “one hub” approach to connecting Defenders to local and national nonprofit services and support, a secure chat room to connect and communicate privately, career opportunities and other important resources. In addition, the app provides listings from businesses in retail, entertainment, real estate, health and wellness, and others that want our Defenders to know that they are loved and appreciated.

There are approximately 25 million Gold Star Families, Active Military, Reserves and National Guard, Law Enforcement, Dispatchers, EMT’s and Firefighters, add in their family members, that number jumps to 75 million.
